Milwaukee is generally not placed in the same category as Naples, Italy. In fact, it's quite possible no one has ever thought to compare the two cities, for any reason, since the dawn of man. Until now. The fact that my recyclables have not been picked up in more than five weeks is making me think that our garbage collectors have gone on strike, just as they did in Naples in late 2007. (Well, at least the staff that drives the recyclables truck.)
