Wisconsin Foodie premiered Saturday at noon, the first of a four-show trial to air on WISN-12. Broadcast from the Milwaukee Public Market, Wisconsin Foodie promises to dispel the notion that there are only ten gourmands in Wisconsin (there are actually 15), by traveling to local farms, restaurants and other food-related destinations to highlight the culinary gems of our state.

Jokes aside, word-of mouth indicates that this show could garner a serious fan-base, based on premise alone. Hopefully Wisconsin Foodie will still retain these fans after the first four episodes air.
