Milwaukee County Pools Open for Season

This weekend marks another "first" of the summer with the opening of outdoor swimming pools at Milwaukee County parks on Saturday, June 13. As a bonus, the first swimmers of 2009 will also receive free admission at certain pools all day, and children who come early will also be eligible to sign up for free swimming lessons. These sign-ups will occur at the parks between 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., and the lessons will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturdays, from June 20 to August 22.
