RENT hits the stage at the Marcus Center tonight, and runs through Sunday. Tickets are relatively pricey, but there's a $20, first-row alternative for 18 lucky people per show -- the RENT lottery. Here's what to do:

  • Arrive 2 1/2 hours before the show to get your lottery number. The lottery number hand-out will cut off two hours prior to the show (except the Sunday matinee -- hand-out will occur 1 1/2 hours before showtime, and cut off one hour prior to showtime).
  • Names will be drawn at two hours prior to showtime (except the Sunday matinee -- names will be drawn one hour before showtime), and chosen patrons can choose to buy one or two tickets.

More details:

  • Patrons must be 16 or older to win.
  • Lottery tickets and student rush tickets are cash only.
  • Student rush tickets are available one hour prior to showtime for students with valid school ID.

RENT showtimes:
7:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 24
7:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 25
2 and 8 p.m. Friday, November 27
2 and 8 p.m. Saturday, November 28
1 and 6:30 p.m. Sunday, November 29

Visit the Marcus Center Box Office at 929 N. Water St. or call (414) 273-7206 for ticket information.
