This New Year's, play it safe by riding the bus to and from your holiday shindigs. Service will be free starting at 8 p.m., Monday, Dec. 31, and run until the end of regular service on more than 30 Milwaukee County Transit System routes -- with 13 of the most popular routes running until 4 a.m.
