Milwaukee has long been known for its festivals, yet a relative newcomer, the Tomato Romp! on North Avenue, is quickly becoming one of the most notable. At first, it seems like every other festival, with the requisite music, vendors and drinks -- but soon, you realize Tomato Romp has something that no other festival has: 200-person, caged, ripe / rotten tomato fight.
